It is reasonable that while having to analyze and solve problems from a website already done, may extend deadlines and increases the amount of work depending of wich framework/theme/code/styles/sources the other person/company used while creating your webpage.

Sometimes there are limitations that make changes not even possible (often with Weebly and Wix -kind of- platforms).

Let's say, that is like when you take an old imported car to the car garage and you keep wasting money and time or like try to make a carving sculpture from another modelled sculpture and you have to figure out how to model with the same amount of material, I mean.
